หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, guiding them in the implementation of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles, practices, and rules to achieve optimal performance.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Assist in backlog refinement and collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog.
• Promote the usage of key Scrum artifacts such as the Definition of Done (DoD), User Stories, and Automated Testing.
• Identify and address any impediments to the team's progress, ensuring smooth delivery of sprints.
• Promote continuous improvement in Agile practices within the team.
• Utilize Jira for tracking and managing sprints, issues, and team progress.
• Foster a collaborative environment, promoting transparency, feedback, and adaptability within the team.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
• Excellent understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as DoD, User Stories, Automated Testing, Backlog Refinement, and other key Agile practices.
• Proficiency in using Jira for managing and tracking Scrum processes.
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
