The Waiter/Waitress position involves providing excellent service to guests, assisting with menu selections, and ensuring compliance with service standards.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Describe menu items and assist guests with making food and beverage decisions
• Comply with policies, procedures, regulations and service standards for outlets
• Candidate should be knowledgeable in the areas of food and wine, and should possess outstanding sale skills
• Processes cash and check transactions
• To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Manager and supervisor
• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Standards of Performance
• To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Manager and Events supervisor
• To be responsible for preparing and serving of guest orders
• To take over duties from the previous shift
• Well-groomed and energetic with positive attitude and mindset
• Han an experience in F&B company in the similar position
• Preferably tourism and hospitality education based
• Proficiency in English
