Avolta is hiring for the Assistant Store Manager position to join the Wolfgang Puck team. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the allocated store.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Facilitates others so they can work in an active hospitality manner.
• Monitors the hospitality behavior of others and points others in the right direction when necessary.
• Makes time and resources available to identify and increase the guest’s satisfaction.
• Proposes ideas, plans and working methods to strengthen mutual cooperation.
• Acknowledges the added value of other Stores/departments and applies this within his/her own Store/department.
• Accepts responsibility in dealing with problems, tensions and conflicts within the team.
• Monitors and encourages respect and openness in interactions with others.
• Adheres to standards, even when this could result in tensions, problems or conflicts.
• Undertakes action in the event of unethical behavior.
• Translates annual objectives from the operational plan into actual results for the various business units.
• Makes arrangements on the manner in which the long-term objectives of HMSHost must be achieved, and evaluates and secures compliance to those agreements.
• Encourages others in the setting and realization of ambitious goals and in doing so shows exemplary behavior.
• Determines quality criteria for HMSHost, and makes sure that these are followed and regularly measured in a structured manner.
• Ensures that others are informed on quality agreements.
• Proposes systems and procedures aimed at increasing quality.
