Sebagai Customer Engineer di Astragraphia, Anda akan memberikan dukungan layanan purna jual untuk produk Astragraphia dan berperan penting dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi pelanggan.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Memberikan dukungan layanan purna jual untuk produk Astragraphia.
• Menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi pelanggan terkait produk ini.
• Memastikan mesin dapat beroperasi dengan optimal.
• Melakukan kunjungan ke lokasi pelanggan untuk mengatasi kendala yang terjadi.
• Menjaga kepuasan pelanggan dan memperkuat hubungan jangka panjang.
คุณสมบัติ
• Pendidikan D3 Teknik Elektro / Mekatronika atau D4 Teknik Elektro, IPK > 2.80.
• Memiliki pengalaman maksimal 2 tahun Kerja.
• Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.
• Tidak sedang menempuh masa perkuliahan.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal skill yang baik.
• Memiliki kemampuan dalam berbahasa inggris.
• Dapat mengendarai motor dan memiliki sim C.
• Berdomisili di Medan, Palembang dan Jawa Timur Area menjadi nilai lebih.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh cabang Astragraphia di Indonesia.
