The Key Account Executive in Samarinda is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, team leadership, and exceptional customer service.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and store metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Set sales targets and provide guidance to sales associates on achieving individual and team goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing to assist customers and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure effective product placement, displays, and promotions to drive sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and increasing sales.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
คุณสมบัติ
• Min Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.
• Having experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a area or multi-store management.
• Proven work experience in Paint or Building Materials industry would be prefer.
• Proficient in Data Analytics.
• Proficient in Any ERP, Ms.Office.
