Sales Supervisor position in Tangerang for FMCG industry, responsible for achieving sales targets and product penetration in the market.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for achieving target Selling Out.
• Responsible for product penetration in the market.
• Responsible for overseeing company policies to ensure compliance.
• Responsible for managing GVO project and stimulus program.
• Responsible for supervising and providing education and training to the SE Team.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG, specifically in FOOD.
• Hold a valid SIM A/C.
• Minimum S1 degree in any field.
• Completed and certified for the 3rd Vaccine.
• Familiar with the handled Area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Data Processing/Pivot Excel.
• Strong leadership skills, serious in work, and able to work towards targets.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills with team, distributors, and customers.
• Preferably based in Tangerang.
