Sales Supervisor position in Kalimantan Barat (Singkawang) for FMCG industry. The candidate must have experience in the same position in the FOOD sector, hold a valid driver's license, possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field, be vaccinated with the third dose, familiar with the assigned area, proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, demonstrate leadership qualities, have good communication skills, and be based in Singkawang.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for achieving Selling Out targets.
• Responsible for product penetration in the market.
• Responsible for overseeing company policies to ensure compliance.
• Responsible for managing the GVO project and stimulus program.
• Responsible for supervising and providing education and training to the SE Team.

คุณสมบัติ

• Experience in FMCG, specifically in the FOOD sector, for a minimum of 2 years.
• Hold a valid driver's license (SIM A/C).
• Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Vaccinated with the third dose.
• Familiar with the assigned area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities, be serious in work, and able to work towards targets.
• Have good communication skills and able to build good relationships with the team, distributors, and customers.
• Preferably based in Singkawang.
