The Export Sales Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the achievement of export sales targets, coordinating with relevant departments for product processes, and updating information on export regulations.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Ensuring the achievement of export sales targets and conducting analysis of foreign markets to increase sales and export area coverage.
• Coordinating with relevant departments or external (agencies, etc) for the OEM/private label product processes that will be marketed internationally.
• Receiving and processing Purchase Orders (PO) from customers and monitoring the sales admin’s work processes.
• Ensuring the smooth distribution and delivery of all administration and export sales products has been carried out accurately and on time.
• Updating the latest information regarding rates, licenses, export import restrictions and applicable laws and regulations.
• Reporting work updates to the Export Manager in seeking potential new customers from abroad.
คุณสมบัติ
• Graduated minimum bachelor's degree on any majors.
• Have experienced minimum 3 years in the same position (level staff)/ 1 years in same position (level Spv).
• Having experience in the FMCG industry is high preferred.
• Fluent in English is a plus.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Good in teamwork, communication skills and target oriented.
• Understand customer satisfaction.
