The SR. SUPV. WGCP/SAP – SMELTER PROJECT is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the Sulphuric Acid Plant and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while driving team performance.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• To achieve budgeted volumes of sulphuric acid within stipulated purity range through continuous availability and efficient operation of the Sulphuric Acid Plant, process control, optimum utilisation of resources.
• To optimize performance by supervising efficient operation of the GCP section, its process control, optimum gas flow and temperature to enhance and facilitate the operation of the attached Sulphuric Acid Plant.
• To supervise implementation of all Standard Operating Processes and compliance with relevant statutory, safety, health, environment norms and embed a culture of quality, safety and sustainability.
• To drive team performance and continuous training.

คุณสมบัติ

• Graduate in Chemical Engineering; Mineral Processing; Metallurgical Engineering; Process Engineering.
• 5-7 years in process plants with at least 5-7 years’ experience of leading teams.
• Understanding acid production, smelter operation, project improvement, metallurgical acid accounting.
• Planning and organization skills.
• Analytical decision making.

• Interpersonal effectiveness and Conflict management.
• Customer orientation.
