The Procurement Staff will be responsible for managing goods delivery fulfillment, vendor relationships, and PO status.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Maintain and control goods delivery fulfillment from vendors to be align with PO
• Submit payment to Finance dept. for advance or down payment transactions
• Vendor development dan relationship maintenance
• Follow up emergency order/delivery
• Control invoices problems and provide best solutions
• Report the PO status problems and provide best solutions

คุณสมบัติ

• Min. D3 in Management / Industrial Engineering / Economy
• Preferably have intern experience on relevant role
• Strong negotiation & relationship management skill
• Good in analytical thinking & administration
• Familiar with SAP will be a plus point
• Willing to be placed in Sukabumi Factory
