The Payroll & Benefit Staff is responsible for administering and processing monthly salary, benefits, and bonus payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Administer and process accurately the monthly salary/ benefits/ bonus payment based on scheduled payment.
• Prepare all data related to salary/benefits/bonus payment and reports.
• Verify and process invoice from outsource company according to contract agreed.
• BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan membership and payment.
• Monitor and handle the correspondence for employee’s agreement/contract which will be expired.
คุณสมบัติ
• Have experience in operation payroll system.
• Have good understanding in taxation procedures.
• Have good understanding in Pph 21 and labor law.
• Self-motivated and a Team Player at the same time.
• Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative and innovative.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
• Good communication skills.
