• Conducting digital transformation application activation at PT Otsuka Distribution Indonesia & PT Amerta Indah Otsuka distributor branches
• Monitoring the IDH application process flow vs Distributor Management System
• Prospecting new principals to join the IDH Application
• Handling issues in the application
• Reviewing & monitoring program implementation
