The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for ensuring effective and timely delivery of goods, resolving complaints, and evaluating the performance of the delivery and dispatch teams.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Ensure effective and timely delivery of goods
• Anticipate and ensure complaints related to delivery of goods are resolved
• Ensure the effectiveness of the Delivery team's performance in delivering goods
• Coordinate with the GA team regarding vehicle repairs, vehicle registration extensions and ebenzine balance top-ups.
• Evaluate expedition performance (time, service, administration, documentation).
• Plan batches of goods deliveries for both the Jabodetabek route and out-of-town deliveries.
• Evaluate and report on the performance and productivity of the Dispatch team.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum education is S1
• Understanding of supply chain management, distribution systems, and warehouse management.
• Ability to use logistics software or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an added value.
• Mastering inventory management and distribution data analysis
