We create solutions for the
Nutrition industry
We offer equipment to help automate bagging and packaging operations for producers of food products such as flour, cereals, beverages, meat, and dairy foods. Our line can be equipped with net weigh scales, baggers, case packers, robotic and conventional palletizers, stretch wrappers, and stretch hooders.
We create solutions for the
Agriculture industry
We design equipment, such as net weigh scales, baggers, palletizers and stretch wrappers, to help automate bag packaging lines for specific seeds and crops. What’s more, with our unique knowledge of seeds and grains quality issues, we can also design facilities and processing and conditioning lines.
เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Design mechanical systems and equipment
• Analyze the needs, make calculation, and define the parameters necessary to the design.
• Review the standards that apply to the processes and systems, including safety standards, and ensure they are respected
• Develop concepts and select a solution in collaboration with the team
• Model plans, drawings and specifications for systems and equipment
• Search and select components and materials for the systems and equipment
• Obtain and evaluate quotation from suppliers for components
• Prepare the design and drawings of machine component
• Solve problems met in the design of systems and equipment in collaboration with the team
• Conduct tests and trials
• Support the manufacturing team in the execution of the projects under way
• Improve the design according to Engineering Change Request and issue/control of Engineering Change Notice document.
• Provide technical support to sales, manufacturing and service teams
• Review and approve manufacturing work
• Collaborate in the preparation of technical documents
• Analyze the problems encountered by customers and make recommendations
• Solve technical problems at customers' site
• Evaluate the costs and deadlines relative to the design of the specifications requested by customers
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (GPA ≥ 2.5)
• Having 4-8 years' experience in Machain Design
• Good knowledge in auto CAD, PLC and siemens will be advantage
