You will run scheduling for production and ensure able to supply goods to customer efficiently. You will manage/monitoring raw material available, finished goods in proper stock level. You will ensure all requirements are met related which to Quality management system, EHS management system. You will work with demand and MRP team and drive continuous improvement. You will report directly to Operation Manager.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Production planner must focus on KPI as following
o Monthly Build Plan and Build Plan Adherence
o Weekly Schedule Adherence
o MTS MTO FMTO Stock to coverage
o Raw material Stock accuracy and available
o Raw material FIFO control
o OTIF supports
• Gather the demand, monthly sales forecast to search for Raw Materials available to Production Plans and Budget, issue/close and batch card, ensure that sales requirements and productivity, batch size are met, on time delivery and within budgets
• Running production scheduling to build inventory according to forecast from demand team
• Logistic tasks, to cooperate the related function for logistics processes such as Material planner, WH and Import & Export
• Adapt Lean manufacturing concept, find new way to be just in time, reduce unnecessary stock and unnecessary overtime of production to manage work life balance
• To prepare Monthly S&OP and MRP review
• Monitor capacity whether it enough to serve demand, raise up some necessary expansion if need
• Support implementation ISO9001, GMP-HACCP, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and EHS Management system

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or Planning experience more than 3 years
• Experience on paint chemical, chemical manufacturing, or similar business
• Knowledge of process management and Chemical management
• Business management is advantage
• Good analytical skills
