หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage the daily operations of POP MART Indonesia's e-commerce platforms including product listings, online advertising, and inventory management.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with platform schedules to achieve sales and promotional targets.
• Collaborate with e-commerce to maximize visibility through platform promotions and ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee off-site promotions, including KOL partnerships, collaborations, and local advertisements to increase brand awareness.
• Keep track of market trends and opportunities in e-commerce to help grow POP MART's presence in Indonesia.
• Work closely with local and global teams to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with the brand's localization strategy.
คุณสมบัติ
• Fluent in Indonesian and English (Proficiency in Chinese is preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Strong skills in data analysis, Microsoft Office, and e-commerce analytics tools.
• Experience in live-streaming, KOL collaborations, and channel development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.
