Pi Securities is seeking a Business Manager, who is excited about digital transformation, to join our growing Digital team. This role will be crucial in coordinating efforts across the division and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Partner with the CPO on developing and executing the Digital Business strategy.
• Prepare executive materials on multiple projects simultaneously while working with key stakeholders for updates and alignment.
• Coordinate and consolidate research and materials for new initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams (Commercial, Tech, Executive, Marketing, and HR).
• Liaise with external stakeholders (vendors and partners) where required.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on key metrics.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
• Support the CPO in the day-to-day management of the division.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree preferred however we also value equivalent experience and diverse educational backgrounds.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business management, project coordination, or similar role. We recognize that career paths are diverse, and transferable skills are highly valued.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with experience coordinating across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English Language proficiency required.
• A good understanding of financial products is a plus.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
