The Project & Capital Engineer will support the management of CAPEX projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with project management standards.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Support gather data CAPEX absorption from Finance, reconciliation CAPEX spending each month before Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings, highlight trend, on track and off track status. ARIBA administrator to track purchase orders for monthly spending
• Initiate, create and maintain project in CPM system
• Follow up CAPEX projects key milestone with Project Lead before T2 & T3 meetings
• Drafting essential project management documentation (i.e project management plan)
• Support in GMP documentation (i.e Drafting URS, change request, CAPA, support investigation if any)
• Support consultant/vendor site survey
• Execute project based on project management plan
• Verification on site material, drawings/as built drawings, invoice delivery by contractors
• Chair daily construction meetings with contractors and consultants
• Support sign off in daily permit to work
• Coordinate daily support with maintenance, utility and facility team when needed during construction, if there are any existing facilities, utilities and equipment
• Manage drawings (circulation, follow up revision and approval of for construction drawings, shop drawings and as built drawings)
• Participate and prepare data for construction walkthroughs, ensure construction by contractor according to approve drawings
• Participate and prepare data for GEMBAs, quality audits
• Prepare and compile handover document
• Archive project records and as-built drawings

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and organization skills, capacity to quickly identify problems and structure solutions.
• Experience in managing project & capital for 1 - 2 years
• Prefer educational background civil engineering
• Experience with project management tools / software and/or systems, such as Ariba, SAP.
