The Health Representative in Jakarta will be responsible for managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving territory objectives within a fixed-term contract.

• Understands and applies the sales/account management process
• Helps to develop and execute annual plans to achieve territory objectives
• Leverages external customer experiences to help develop Pfizer account/business plans and financial budgets
• Works independently or as part of a team within a geography to identify, pursue and manage a mix of various prescribers and health care practitioners in physician groups/practices
• Manages existing customers and sells products and standard solutions with moderate complexity that may have moderate awareness/ acceptance in the assigned territory
• Set territory action plan based on marketing & FM guidance
• Review and update customer’s lists
• Routine detailing to targeted HCPs
• Applies strong understanding knowledge of Pfizer’s business model/ process, the competitive landscape, the market environment and the specific implications for customers
• Utilizes customer knowledge to leverage this information to expand relationships with own customers
• Makes decisions considering multiple sources of information, seeking out relevant information that may not be within own knowledge base to resolve moderately complex problems
คุณสมบัติ
• A bachelor's degree and preferred a degree in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, dentistry, pharmaceutical sales or marketing, or a science degree in a health care related field.
• This position will be started as fixed term (1 year direct contract under Pfizer)
