หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Lead the planning, execute, and delivery of IT projects/products, ensuring alignment with business objective and requirements.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables of IT products/solution.
• Develop detailed IT projects plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Develop technical requirements and review functional specification document from the vendor.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Review development progress, identify risks and issues related with ITE/Technical, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Test planning and Strategy: Develop test plans, strategies, and approaches based on project requirements, timelines, and resources available. Define testing objective, scope, and deliverables in alignment with project goals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and other relevant artifacts. Generate test reports, metrics, and dashboards to track progress and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project members to communicate testing requirements, progress, findings and recommendations.

คุณสมบัติ

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology from reputable University.
• More than 5 years experience working in project management with a focus on IT projects/products or as senior Business Analyst preferably from Insurance Industry.
• Preferred AAMAI certified, Agile / Scrum (optional), Project Management (Optional).
• Technical Competencies: Mobile Development (Flutter), Backend Development (Spring Boot), Database Management (Postgre), Version Control (Shorebird and CodeMagic), DevOps Azure Git Repo, Performance Optimization Security.
• Having experience in Life insurance company is preferred or Consulting with life insurance exposure.
