Team Member, Process and Product Audit (BB)

The Team Member, Process and Product Audit (BB) is responsible for conducting audits of manufacturing processes and products to ensure compliance with required standards, recording results, and collaborating with relevant departments to address nonconformities.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Conduct process and product audit of manufacturing to ensure our manufacturing process and product are meet required standards
• Record audit result, being able to identify nonconformance products/process
• Cooperate with area owner to audit the high risk or critical products, including machine/process parameter according to standards and plan
• Inform and verify the corrective action. Contact with relevant departments when find the nonconform audit result which inconsistent to the standard and action.
• Follow auditing method, plan, frequency, and align with standards.
• Develop and improve skills, knowledge and abilities related to quality inspection continuously and regularly.
• Inspect raw material, evaluate inspection results to take action before submit to next process (only LPN)
• Support inspect Gem, evaluate inspection results and report result to requester (only LPN)

คุณสมบัติ

• High school M.3 or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in quality/production or jewelry business
• Knowledge in process and product audit and recording
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to right decision making
• Listens and responds constructively to other team members’ ideas.
• Able to solve problems quickly, in time, and formulate guidelines for preventing recurrence
• Skilled and witty to monitor quality
• Analytical ability And systematic thinking
• Able to work in shifts rotation
