The Process Standardization - Quality & Compliance position involves analyzing and improving existing processes to enhance efficiency and quality within the organization.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and document standardized processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and consistency.
• Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and review process changes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

คุณสมบัติ

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economy Accounting / Management / Industrial Engineering background.
• Have at least 3 Years (s) of working experience in a related position in Logistic / Mining / Manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills, good communication skills, good analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking skill, attention to detail and knowledge of process improvement.
• Expert dalam menggunakan Ms. Office.
• Understanding the requirements and applications of ISO 9001:2015.
