Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengawasi aktivitas operasional di General Services, termasuk monitoring, pengurusan dokumen, perawatan lokasi, pengontrolan aset, dan review kebijakan.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Melakukan monitoring terhadap aktivitas kegiatan operational fungsi GS, serta menyajikan laporan progres aktifitas GS.
• Melakukan monitoring Pengurusan seluruh dokumen Perizinan perusahaan.
• Melakukan perawatan terhadap Lokasi yang menyangkut dengan sarana & Prasarana kantor.
• Melakukan Pengontrolan terhadap seluruh aset perusahaan.
• Melakukan review terhadap Prosedur dan kebijakan - kebijakan GS dan membuat kebijakan baru yang terkait dengan GS.

คุณสมบัติ

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan.
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai General Service minimal 5 tahun (dibidang retail).
• Mahir dalam menggunakan MS. Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, dan Pivot).
• Menguasai aktivitas operasional di area gedung meliputi : Kebersihan & Kerapihan area Fasilitas Umum (housekeeping), Pest Control, Landscape, HSE dan Area Parking (Parking Management).
• Mampu mengerjakan laporan bulanan terkait dengan aktivitas operasional area & laporan penggunaan fasilitas dalam area.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di area Cilincing, Tanjung Priok.
