หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Mengadakan meeting mingguan dengan Head Departemen untuk membuat langkah strategic dalam mensupport aktifitas departemen.
• Melakukan review atas pengajuan yang berkaitan dengan Human Capital.
• Melakukan monitoring terhadap aktivitas kegiatan operational fungsi Industrial Relation & Employee Relation kepada area divisi yang di handle.
• Menjalankan aktifitas HC Operation di Branch Surabaya sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan, SOP serta Undang - undang yang berlaku.
• Melakukan monitoring terkait aktivitas pemenuhan MPP pada departemen terkait.
• Melakukan monitoring terkait aktivitas Promosi, Demosi, Mutasi & Rotasi pada departemen terkait.
คุณสมบัติ
• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan.
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama.
• Terbiasa dalam menggunakan MS. Excel.
• Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Margomulyo, Surabaya.
