The Accounting Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role involves regular bank reconciliations, expense report processing, and supporting audit processes.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Maintain and update of financial records such as AP, AR and GL in accuracy.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Review and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Analysis of cash flow to support financial decision-making.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Control company expenses to ensure that remain in budget.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Experience at least 1-3 years in Accounting or Finance (Preferred).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial report.
• Computer literacy, especially in MS Office.
• Understanding in SAP is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments.
• Can use English at a fair level.
