R&D Pharmacist Responsibilities:
•Conduct research and development projects for pharmaceutical products.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines throughout the R&D process.
•Develop and optimize drug formulations to replicate the profile of marketed drugs for generic purposes.
•Design and validate analytical methods for product evaluation.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination, problem-solving, and new product development.
•Manage projects within defined timelines and budgets.
•Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations.
•Stay updated with industry advancements and regulatory requirements.
QC Pharmacist Responsibilities:
•มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ในการทำ Method Validation ทดสอบความใช้ได้ของวิธีวิเคราะห์
•ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานให้ปฏิบัติตามแผนงานที่วางไว้
•วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการ พัฒนาและหาวิธีการแก้ไขและป้องกัน
•ตรวจสอบ/ทบทวน รายงานและผลสรุปการวิเคราะห์
•ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาทักษะ ความรู้ความสามารถของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
R&D Pharmacist Requirements:
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
•over 2 years of experience in R&D Role.
•Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation development, drug delivery systems, and/or analytical techniques.
•Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and requirements, such as FDA regulations, pharmacopeia, ACTD.
•Proficient in data analysis and scientific report writing.
•Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•Prior experience in pharmaceutical research and development is preferred.
QC Pharmacist Requirements:
•วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาเภสัชศาสตร์
•ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
•มีความรู้และความเข้าใจมาตรฐานสากลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยาและระบบคุณภาพ เช่น Pharmacopoeia, GMP, ISO/IEC 17025:2017
•มีความรู้เรื่องเทคนิคในห้องปฏิบัติการ
•หากมีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นหัวหน้างานจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
•สามารถเข้าใจและสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ ทั้งการอ่านและเขียนในระดับดี
•มีความสามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
