We are one of the leading automotive tools & dies makers and auto stamping parts manufacturers in Thailand that has been supplying automotive tools & dies as well as stamping parts to renown local and international car/truck manufacturers.
In 2015 Ogihara (Thailand) Co., Ltd., had been obtaining a very good alliance from the 3 stakeholders that was become the Shareholders that are Dr.Somporn’s Group of Thai Summit Auto Parts, Ogihara Corporation and ITOCHU Thailand Limited.

The HR and Admin Officer is responsible for supporting HR documentation, employee relations, welfare and benefits, and administrative tasks.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Support HR related documentation.
• Support on employee relation activities Ex. activity for employee.
• Responsible for welfare & benefits of employees.
• Taking care of administration task such as office supplies, coordinate with other staff.
• Other task as assigned by manager.
คุณสมบัติ
• Thai nationality.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3-5 years experiences in HR/admin.
• Knowledge in law related to labor compensation & benefit.
• Basic command in English.
• Flexible mindset, detail-oriented, willing to learn multitasking.
• Experiences in overall HR/admin (Preferably).
• English basic level.
