The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing HR management processes, handling employee relations, maintaining employee records, supporting training programs, and collaborating with management to implement HR strategies.

• Oversee HR management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
• Support the development of training programs and performance management systems.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
