To manage, lead and organize OQD engineering team to drive quality in our manufacturing to prevent defects, maintain consistency, and optimize efficiency, ultimately delivering high-quality products to meet our customers expectation while minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage, lead and organize OQD engineering team to response as following effectively.
• Operation Quality Enabler, Working closely with Operation team, keep everyone align and work towards the same goal as a team.
• Provide improvement direction based on data analysis from leading indicator (NCRB / Internal 8D / CQC).
• Constantly looking into opportunities to simplify Quality Management process (CMT and NCRB) to achieve the balancing outcome (Quality and Delivery).
• Leading and driving in line detection improvement through QA task force enhancement.
• Leading Operation team to breakthrough in quality improvement with process robustness, key activities such as Quality projects; Quality Firewall and detection; Internal audit (Department focus pre GMA; SWE, FMEA and Control Plan, Major Event commit actions) etc.
• Identify quality program to enhance inline early detection to prevent defect escape to customer; Lead QCC projects to improve factory low tech.
• Build stronger quality mindset - Internal Quality System; Follow, align and support Total Quality Culture; Stop & Fix; NXP Way; 5S, Factory Quality promotion, etc.
• Supervise and manage OQD operators effectively.
• Apply the statistical methods to monitor and control the quality of a production process to ensure that the process operates efficiently, producing more specification-conforming products with less waste scrap.
• Perform Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) for analyzing the variation of each type of inspection, measurement, and test equipment to ensure that the variation in our measurement is minimal compared to the variation in our process.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor or Master of Science or Engineering.
• More than 10 years’ experience in IC Assembly & Test Process. Operations quality experience is more advantage.
• Strong back ground in Quality Control System / Process Control / Quality Management System / Process Audit and Risk Assessment.
• Effective interpersonal, systematic problem solving and analytical skills, approach and the ability to convey technical, quality and business matters in a clear logical manner.
• Expert in quality tools E.g. 8D, 3x5Whys, MSA, SPC, etc.
• Leadership competency and people development competency.
• Excellent communication skill in English both written and verbal.
• Good teamwork on both informal and formal style.
• Sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
