เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• To support Process assembly contamination improvement project.
• To understand cause of contamination and goal to reduce source of contaminated.
• To support Engineering mentor to monitor daily yield of each responsible process and support production team to solve the chronic or sporadic process obstacles within committed time by DMAIC, DOE or statistical is necessary.
คุณสมบัติ
• The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’ in Electronic engineer or other related fields.
• Knowledge of assembly process and familiar in Die attach, Wire bond is advantage.
• Familiar with quality tools such as FMEA, DOE, Statistical Control is an advantage.
• Ability to cooperate with a variety of cross-functional team members.
• Positive thinking and good problem-solving skills.
• Good command in English communication reading and writing, speaking.
• Work well under pressure with multi-tasking.
