The Research Analyst will conduct laboratory experiments to support the development and improvement of molecular diagnostics products, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Conduct laboratory experiments in accordance with GLP to support the development and improvement of molecular diagnostics products.
• Work closely with Scientist to plan and execute laboratory experiments to support the development and improvement of molecular diagnostics products.
• Perform data collection, analysis, documentation, and organization of experimental results.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory cleanliness, organization, and inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and analyses following established protocols and guidelines.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external audience.
• Ensure that laboratory instruments are in good working order according to the department’s SOP.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field. Final year students and recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience in qPCR or similar analytical molecular biology techniques.
• Experience with assay design, development, optimization, or validation is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of molecular biology techniques and laboratory practices.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation used in molecular biology research.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and prioritized effectively in a fast-paced research environment.
• Prior experience in a biotechnology or diagnostics company is advantageous.
