NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited (NRF) is seeking a System Improvement Manager to oversee factory improvement projects and drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the production process.

• Manage of all factory Improvement project and maintain operation standard to drives continuous improvement efforts throughout production process
• Identify areas for process/ system improvement and lead team to implementation project are achievement target as agreed in schedule budget
• Collect data to do Work Standard Time and Key Skill in the production line.
• Monitoring and analysis of each department performance KPIs and give advice as weekly and monthly result for future improvement
• Facilitator of continuous improvement projects as Lean- Six sigma, Kaizen, Problem solving, 5S and any improvement tools
• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools and methodology in the implementation of manufacturing excellence initiatives
• Manage KPI and monitoring systems and determine ways to improve ability to maintain company operations and policy

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of working experience in improving and production processes.
• Have knowledge of Kaizen, ISO9001, TQM or QMS.
• Good in both English and Thai language.
