NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited “NRF” is seeking a Domestic Sales Manager to oversee and enhance sales operations across various domestic distribution channels, ensuring effective management of the sales team and achieving target sales.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Overseeing sales of products through all domestic distribution channels: Modern trade, Traditional trade, Distributors.
• Planning sales strategies to achieve target sales, including managing trade marketing and coordinating with the marketing team.
• Establishing, supervising, training, educating, and professionally managing the sales team and distributors to achieve goals.
• Conducting business reviews with key partners and distributors.
• Providing service to partners and support, build relationships, analyze growth opportunities, and solve problems promptly.
• Summarizing reports, monitor market conditions, and analyze sales data to identify problems and growth opportunities.
• Managing the sales and promotional budget to maximize benefits across each distribution channel.
• Maintaining the visual presence of products on store shelves to ensure brand visibility and strengthen brand recognition, preventing loss of sales opportunities.
• Collaborating with the stock management team to manage stock levels for appropriate production and sales volume.
• Handling other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Domestic Sales, Trade Sales, Modern Trade Sales.
• Knowledge of Sales Management within food industries (Especially Traditional Trade channel).
• Able to travel and shuffle the assigned area.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Good understand business acumen and industry expertise.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in Thai and English.
