As a Senior Public Affairs Manager at Novo Nordisk Indonesia, you will focus on public affairs initiatives related to obesity, aiming to make a significant impact on obesity awareness and care in Indonesia.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Create and execute affiliate Diabetes and Obesity Public Affairs plans based on local needs and strategic alignment with affiliate goals.
• Map and engage stakeholders, building partnerships focused on disease awareness, capacity building, and improving access to obesity care.
• Lead evidence generation initiatives, including focus groups, epidemiological studies, and health economics evaluations.
• Collaborate with key internal functions such as Business Unit, Clinical Medical Regulatory (CMR), Communications, and Business Development to align Public Affairs actions and tactics.
• Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk principles and legal regulations, safeguarding confidential company and patient information.

คุณสมบัติ

• University degree (preferably in Public Health) or Business; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Deep understanding of Indonesia's healthcare and reimbursement system, with solid experience in pharmaceutical public or government affairs.
• Direct experience in at least two of the following areas: healthcare system, brand value communications, stakeholder engagement, public affairs insight & influence, customer insight gathering, customer value proposition tailoring and utilization.
• Strong strategic planning, execution skills, and experience in articulating complex issues persuasively to key decision-makers; demonstrated ability to assess complex issues and implement effective plans.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, delivering business objectives aligned with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated success in building relationships with healthcare decision-makers.
