Nova Buildings Private Limited is a manufacturer of structural steel and a regional solutions provider for the design, engineering and supply of pre-engineered steel buildings and pre-fabricated building designs. It is headquartered in Singapore, with local business entities incorporated in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Our manufacturing facility in Vietnam is situated in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai Province, about 30 kilometres from Ho Chi Minh city. With more than 10 years of operational history, the facility has successfully delivered projects for many multinationals and large domestic clients, including Unilever, Yamaha, Cargill, Honda, Maxport and Asia Food. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing customers towards achieving the business targets and objectives for local market.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for sales projects in the region of local market
• Proven sales methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients
• Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Discuss with Country Sales Manager on weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met
• Effectively communicate client needs to the Technical teams for future product enhancements
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, to establish value and product fit
• Perform duties as assigned by Company from time to time

คุณสมบัติ

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience; preferably in structural steel building or construction industry
• Strong in Sales Professional, Sales Process and thorough understand of local markets
• Strong networking in construction industry
• Steel structural background will be advantages
• Prior experience at representing an organization and solid presentation
• Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated attitude and customer service orientation
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint
• Must possess own vehicle
