NGK CERAMICS USA, INC. located in Mooresville, NC is a subsidiary of NGK INSULATORS, Ltd., one of the world’s leading ceramic technology companies with its headquarters in Nagoya, Japan.
Our honeycomb ceramics, HONEYCERAM®, is an indispensable part for automobile catalytic converters. It has been adopted by automakers throughout the world and is manufactured not only here in Mooresville, NC but also in Japan, Belgium, Poland, Indonesia, South Africa, Mexico and China. The HONEYCERAM® gets its name from the array of parallel channels that create the look of a honeycomb.
NGK CERAMICS USA, INC. was established in 1988 to provide our HONEYCERAM® products to the North American automobile industry. Over the years, the Mooresville location has taken on a much larger role providing HONEYCERAM® products to countries around the world. หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Check Daily production result (Yield, Defect detail)
• Analysis and investigation of defects, planning and action of confirmation tests depending on the situation.
• Fine defect root cause and set preventive measure with production member.
• Monitors whether it is manufactured in accordance with established quality control rules and document.
• Report to management member that analysis result and investigation.
• Teach knowledge, technical skill, safety rule, and 5S awareness to subordinates.
• Maintenance of quality document under superior instruction
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Chemical Engineer)
• Good communicate in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening)
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel (Can statistical calculation by excel)
• Have experiences 3 years in Quality control, Process Engineering or Production Engineering section.
• Can be logical thinking, time management and reporting skill
• Team working skill
• Physically / Mentally toughness
