หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating sales strategies to achieve B2B sales target (Distributor).
• Maintain good relationship with Distributor.
• Create and propose promotion budgeting plan to support sales strategies.
• Evaluate effectiveness of promotion/activation towards the sales target.
• Create and manage sales budget for optimal resource allocation and maximize the ROI.
• Conduct analysis on the market to identify trends and opportunities to make data-driven and strong decisions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity.
• Lead, develop and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any major.
• 5-6+ years' relevant experience in sales.
• Experience working in FMCG or Retail industry preferred.
• Willing to work at Jakarta Office.
