The Head of Operations is responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans to ensure optimal efficiency in day-to-day operations, overseeing various operational teams, and providing oversight to the CEO/Chairman.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Create strategic plan of the organization and ensure the implementation within day-to-day operations for optimal efficiency
• Create long and short terms project plan, including target setting and deadlines
• Provide the CEO/Chairman with monthly oversight for the development of high-quality, cost-effective, and integrated programs within the day-to-day operations
• Create, implement, and manage new business processes and systems for the company
• Oversee company's operational team, including Warehouse & Supply Chain, R&D, and Service Excellence

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Business Marketing or related field with 3.0 and above GPA from reputable university
• Minimum 10-15 years of working experiences in related area and managerial level
• Understands Supply Chain and has experience for the field of R&D/Service Excellence
• Experience in FMCG industries, personal care and beauty products preferred
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Willing to be located at Kedoya, West Jakarta
