หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Distributor development
• Designing route plan territory in each distributor base on business requirement and opportunities by area to finish on time with productivity.
• Channel Development
• Find opportunities in market channel to drive sell value
• Co-with CDT to drive new focus project
• Internal process development - Develop good process and way of working
• Set up and maintain practical report (Daily sales dashboard, Top stores revies, Visibility report)
• Set up and maintain promotion, operation, key focus tracking report
• Data collection in operation process (CTA data, target data, Market data, support cross functional data)
• Visibility tracking report
• Sales Capability - Develop AE and Salesman capacity
• Salesman of the year (Criteria and implementation)
• AE or Salesman training
คุณสมบัติ
• Must have experience in Route optimization/ RTM of FMCG or be specialist of dynamic dispatching
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Traditional Trade (TT) field sales with Distributor management background
• Advance Computer literacy especially Excel, “Road net or Route for me” are required.
• Be able to enable result trough others.
• Good logical communication skills
• Mobility to work in upcountry
