As Consumer Insight Manager, you will directly support Commercial (Marketing, Commercial Development/Trade & Channel Development, and Sales), Product, and Innovation teams with actionable insights garnered from cross-functional analytics & research. This position will be the guardian of research and insight initiatives and deliver recommendations for additional revenue, driving product and marketing opportunities.

• Coordinate with research partners on the implementation of the Methodologies and Market Research Tools and consumer intimacy building to know your consumers deeply
• Implement and guarantee the quality in all the research processes and analysis
• Gather the information to conduct consumer, shopper, retail, competitive and customer analysis to support business with relevant data, information and insights
• Support brand builders in their winning actions for all Brand Building Nestle Way (BBNW) rooms with relevant consumer research and synthesis
• Coordinate with Innovation & Renovation Lead for consumer understanding, trend and market sizing to support innovation, conducting research in the most efficient way and maintaining good quality standard across I&R funnel
• Implement Methods and Tools in order to build the knowledge base to support internal stakeholders to understand the target consumer and support Know your consumer deeply

คุณสมบัติ

• Have minimum of 2-3 years experience in market research in FMCG and / or strategic planning at Communication/Media Agency
• Understand Market research methodologies & tools
• Have strong analytical mind, expert in data analytics, and detail-oriented
• Have excellent collaboration skills and ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity and problem solving without having every piece of detail; has a natural curiosity and desire to learn
• Strong English communications
