The HSE Jr. Supervisor is responsible for improving and implementing HSE aspects in the workshop area, supervising work and HSE inspections, and preparing necessary documents for audits and tenders.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Carry out steps to improve and implement HSE aspects in the workshop area.
• Support processing personnel requirements documents (SIML, SIKA, HSE Passport, Lifting Plan, Journey Management Plan, etc.).
• Supervise work and HSE inspections on projects.
• Prepare audit/CSMS evaluation documents (PSB, PB, PA) if needed.
• Support for the readiness of tender documents (HSE Plan & Bridging HSE Plan).

คุณสมบัติ

• S1 Public Health (K3) / S1 Engineering (Industry, Machinery, Environment).
• Minimum 3 years as years in the HSE field.
• Understand K3LL Rules and Regulations & Workshop Development Standards.
• Understanding Risk Management (HIRADC & JSA).
• Understand tender requirements (CSMS and HSE plan).
• Understanding the HSE Management System is an added value.
• Understand the management of Pertamina requirements (SIML, SIKA, HSE Passport, Lifting Plan, Journey Management Plan, etc.).
• Has General K3 and Oil and Gas AK3 Expert Certification; Other K3 Certifications are an added value.
• Have leadership skills.
• Have analytical, discipline, initiative, and fast learning abilities.
• Have administrative skills related to documents.
• Placement at Citeureup Workshop, Bogor.
