หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• ดูแลงานเอกสาร งานพิมพ์ และงานธุรการทั่วไป
• ดูแลตารางาน นัดหมาย และรายงานการประชุมของผู้บังคับบัญชา
• ดูแลทะเบียนหนังสือเข้า-ออก และจัดเก็บ
• ดูแลการประชุม และจัดทำรายงานการประชุม
คุณสมบัติ
• ปริญญาตรี
• ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรม MS. Words, Excel, Power Point ได้ดี
• มีประสบการณ์ธุรการสายงานก่อสร้างจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการประสานงาน และติดตามงาน
• สามารถประจำโครงงานก่อสร้างที่ชลบุรีได้ (นิคมอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ หนองใหญ่)
