เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการคลังสินค้า มีหน้าที่ในการทำงานเอกสารและสนับสนุนงานทั้งในส่วนนำเข้าและส่งออก รวมถึงการวางแผนการบรรจุสินค้าและการติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• ทำงานเอกสารและสนับสนุนงานทั้งในส่วนนำเข้าและส่งออกได้
• สามารถวางแผนการบรรจุสินค้า เข้าตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ได้
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า ผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อนร่วมงาน และแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
• จัดทำเอกสารรับและเบิกจ่ายสินค้า
• จัดทำรายงานสินค้าคงเหลือประจำวัน
• บันทึกข้อมูลและรายงานการเคลม ตลอดจนการส่งคืนสินค้า
• จัดทำเอกสาร Billing/Costing
คุณสมบัติ
• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
• ร่างกายสมบูรณ์ แข็งแรง
• มีความขยัน อดทนสูง
• อ่าน, เขียน, ภาษาอังกฤษได้
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Ms office Internet และ E-mail
• หากมีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
