The Event Operation Officer is responsible for planning, designing, and executing events while managing budgets and coordinating with various departments to ensure successful outcomes.

• Planning and Designing Events:
• Define Objectives: Set clear goals for what the event aims to achieve, such as increasing sales, building brand awareness, or strengthening customer relationships.
• Identify Target Audience: Determine the demographic and psychographic characteristics of the audience, such as age, gender, profession, and interests, to design the event to meet their needs.
• Set Budget: Establish a suitable budget for the event based on its size and format.
• Design Concept and Format: Create engaging and distinctive ideas and formats for the event to attract the target audience.
• Public Relations and Event Promotion:
• Choose Promotion Channels: Select appropriate channels for promotion based on the target audience, such as social media, websites, emails, or flyers.
• Create Promotional Materials: Develop interesting promotional materials, such as posters, videos, and graphics, to capture attention.
• Generate Excitement: Build anticipation and encourage people to attend the event.
• Managing and Controlling the Budget:
• Detailed Budget Planning: Break down the budget into categories, such as venue costs, food expenses, decoration, and staffing.
• Control Expenses: Monitor and control expenses to ensure they align with the budget.
• Evaluate Spending: Assess whether the expenditures are justified and provide value.
• Coordinating with Relevant Departments:
• Event Venue: Book a venue that meets the requirements and budget.
• Vendors: Contact vendors for equipment and services, such as food and beverages.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with relevant teams, such as design, venue setup, and public relations teams.
• Evaluation and Improvement:
• Collect Feedback: Gather feedback from attendees through surveys and comments.
• Analyze Results: Analyze the data to evaluate the event's success.
• Improve Future Events: Use the analysis results to make improvements for future events.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Proven experience as a Master of Ceremonies, host, or similar role.
• Exceptional public speaking and communication skills.
• Ability to improvise and think quickly on your feet.
• Comfortable working with event technology (microphones, PA systems, etc.).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Experience in specific event types (corporate, weddings, entertainment) is a plus.
