MAKEiO is leading in electric micro mobility in Thailand. We own the well-known brand e.g. MONOWHEEL who is the sole distributor of Segway-Ninebot and DYU in Thailand.

เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้

This blended role requires a candidate who can seamlessly transition between project coordination and project management responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of multiple projects and company’s vision to be as the leader in electric mobility company in both Thailand and International market.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Assist management team to develop and establish strategic resource management (human, budget, and expertise) both nationally and internationally.
• Logistic optimization.
• Support in company’s culture improvement initiatives and lead for execution.
• Act as main coordinator for company’s business in new market/abroad market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as a Project coordinator/Project manager between different project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Track project progress and milestones, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively proposing solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support the management team in overall project management activities.
• Design and develop solutions in accordance with project requirements.
• Conduct financial and sales analyses and simulations to validate and optimize alternatives.
• Provide technical expertise and support during project implementation phases.
• Collaborate with the project team to integrate innovative solutions into the overall project plan.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ad-hoc issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate cutting-edge technologies.
• Document and maintain key decisions.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Previous job experience as project engineer/project coordinator at least 1 – 3 years is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Required minimum TOEIC 700.
• Proficiency in project management concepts and tools.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills for project coordination.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for engineering aspects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
