The IT Application Support position involves assisting staff or clients in setting up systems and resolving issues, while providing technical support and expertise to business partners and end users.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Clearly understand system architecture, both logical and physical with an eye to scalability and efficiency.
• Deploy data/software/application as recommend by project team.
• Provide technical support and subject matter expertise to internal and external business partners or End user.
• Device management support, including with event, issue log, data support, problem solving and recommendation.
• Providing customer training around our products or services.
• Collaborate directly with technical team i.e. Accountant, System Analyst, Software Developer to deliver application resolution.

คุณสมบัติ

• At least 2 years of experience in applications support or similar role.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• An expert and resourceful in problem solving within a complex operation.
• Track record of successful experience in dealing with high profile clients.
• Working knowledge of application with various software programs.
