• Manage office facilities, including handling utilities and rent:
• Process payments for electricity, water, rent, internet bills, security fees, and other recurring monthly expenses.
• Track and ensure timely payments for water services and meal expenses.
• Place weekly orders for snacks, soft drinks, rice, office supplies, and cleaning equipment to maintain office efficiency.
• Address employee requests for additional office supplies or purchases, including specific requests from the leadership team.
• Handle documentation and coordination with the finance team for documents or other financial matters as needed.
• Support general office management, including document management, filing, and correspondence (email, phone, mail).
• Assist with event coordination and logistics as required.
• Employee data management and recordkeeping
• Payroll processing and benefits administration
• Leave management and attendance tracking
• Performance management support
• Employee relations and conflict resolution
• Compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Recruitment and onboarding of new employee
• Process payroll, including overtime, holiday pay, and other deductions.
• Generate reports for weekend and holiday pay, overtime, claims, and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with finance for budget requests and approvals.
• Assist with employee queries and concerns related to payroll and benefits.

• Knowledge of the gaming and advertising industry is a plus
