The Production Control Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the physical logistics team to achieve logistics KPIs, providing supply chain solutions, and developing action plans to address workplace problems.

• Manage the physical logistics team to achieve the logistics KPIs
• Analyze and provide supply chain solution to support customer business
• Develop a concrete action plan to address workplace problems
• Mentor and consult to planners to fulfill customer requirement with proper tools & resources
• Able to influence, motivate and communicate effectively with others from high-level policy goals at work and operational plans in an easy-to-understand manner and share it with the team
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Engineering field is a plus
• TOEIC ≥350
• Management level minimum 5 years + related field 8 years (Total 13 years)
• Field production controls in logistics and warehouse management (Automotive field is a plus)
• MS Office, WMS, Inventory & raw material control
