More than just our product ecosystem, at the heart of Little Joy, is also our thriving MomsJoy community of +200k members, who have engaged in sharing insights, knowledges, joined our community program of Little Joy Edu and Dapur Little Joy (Little Joy Kitchen). We have recently closed our third fundraise in Q3 2023 to indicate our commitment and expansion beyond our reach in creating a lasting impact on the lives of children and their mothers.

The Reseller Acquisition Intern will support the growth of the reseller program by identifying, attracting, and onboarding new reseller partners. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, has strong interpersonal skills, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Conduct market research to identify potential resellers and distributors, especially Mom and Baby stores.
• Compile a list of potential partners based on target profiles and company criteria.
• Reach out to potential resellers via email, calls, and social media.
• Engage with prospects to explain the benefits of partnering with the company.
• Follow up and respond to queries from prospective resellers.
• Assist in onboarding new resellers, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed.
• Provide support with contracts, agreements, and initial training materials.
• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze reseller performance.
• Gather feedback from resellers to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure a smooth reseller experience.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials for resellers.

คุณสมบัติ

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude to learn and contribute.
• Can join immediately and work at the office in Jakarta Barat.
