The Online Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, managing various online marketing channels, and analyzing campaign performance to drive engagement and conversions.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

•Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute online marketing campaigns that align with the company’s overall goals.
•SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to increase web traffic and conversions.
•Social Media Marketing: Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, community management, and paid advertising.
•Email Marketing: Design, launch, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
•Content Marketing: Develop and manage content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
•Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide reports on ROI, making data-driven recommendations to improve strategies.
•Collaboration: Work with other teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
•Budget Management: Allocate and manage the online marketing budget effectively to optimize campaigns and achieve the best results.
•Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.

คุณสมบัติ

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in online marketing or digital marketing.
•Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms.
•Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, etc.).
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
•Excellent communication and project management skills.
•Creativity and a keen understanding of consumer behavior.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
•Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate with international teams or clients.
